Google Business Profile

Own the map pack in your service area.

The three businesses in the Google map pack get most of the local calls. Your Google Business Profile decides whether you are one of them. We manage it so you are.

[01] What it is

The free listing that decides who gets the call.

When someone searches your trade plus their town, Google shows a map and three businesses above everything else. Those three get the bulk of the calls. Your Google Business Profile decides whether you are in that box or buried below it, and it costs nothing to run, which is why most contractors leave it half-finished.

We treat it like the asset it is. A complete, correct profile, a steady stream of real reviews, regular posts and photos, and fast answers to questions. Real people manage the relationship and the responses. AI-powered workflows keep the cadence steady and flag what needs attention, so the profile never goes stale.

What you get

A complete, active profile that ranks in the map pack.

01

Full profile optimization

Categories, services, service areas, hours, and description set up correctly and completely. The boring details Google quietly rewards, done right.

02

Review management

A simple system to ask every happy customer for a review at the right moment, plus a real person replying to every review, good or bad, in your voice.

03

Posts and updates

Regular Google posts about your services, offers, and recent work. They keep the profile active, which Google reads as a signal that you are open and working.

04

Photos that build trust

A steady cadence of real job photos. Profiles with current photos get more calls and more direction requests than ones with a stock logo and nothing else.

05

Questions and messaging

We seed and answer the common questions and keep messaging on so a lead can reach you the way they prefer, without it going to an inbox nobody checks.

06

Map rank tracking

We track where you rank in the map pack across your service area, so you can see the profile climbing and where there is still room to win.

[02] How we run it

A profile has to be worked every week.

Most agencies optimize a profile once and never touch it again. Google rewards the opposite. Activity is a ranking signal, so we post, answer questions, and work reviews every week.

It also ties into the rest of the system. Reviews feed your site, your service areas line up across every channel, and the calls it produces are tracked like any other lead.

  2. The shop across town

Part of the same recovery.

When we took our own shop back in-house, the profile was part of the fix: complete it, work the reviews, keep it active. Combined with the site rebuild and the tracking fix, qualified leads went from 10 a month to 58.

[03] Is it a fit

Who this is for.

A fit if

  • You are not showing up in the map pack for searches in your own town
  • Your profile is half-finished or has not been touched in a year
  • You have few reviews, or reviews nobody ever replies to
  • A competitor with worse work is outranking you on the map

Probably not if

  • Asking a customer for a review feels like too much to ask. The profile runs on reviews; without them there is not much to work with.
  • You want reviews bought or written for you. Google suspends profiles for that, and we will not do it.
  • You work statewide with no home base. The map pack ranks on proximity, so it has little to give you.

[04] Pricing

Set up in both plans. Worked weekly on Full Board.

Both plans claim and set up your profile, because the map pack is too valuable to leave half-built. The weekly work (posts, review requests and responses, photos, rank tracking) is the Local Presence Engine: included in Full Board, or added to Get Found for $497 a month. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

The rest of the system

Here is what else we run as one program.

A fast site that turns visits into calls, and the local SEO to put it in front of people searching for your trade.

[05] FAQ

Straight answers.

Is Google Business Profile really free?

The profile itself is free from Google. What costs is running it well: completing it correctly, working reviews, posting, answering questions, and keeping it active. Setup comes with both plans; the weekly work is the Local Presence Engine, included in Full Board.

How do you get more reviews without breaking the rules?

We set up a simple, honest system to ask every satisfied customer at the right moment, usually right after the job is done well. We never buy reviews or fake them. Google catches that, and it can get your profile suspended.

How long until I show up in the map pack?

It depends on how competitive your area is and where you start, but a neglected profile usually starts climbing within a couple of months of steady work. Reviews and activity are the levers, and we pull them every week. You track the rank on your dashboard.

Who responds to my reviews?

A real person on our team, writing in your voice and checking with you on anything sensitive. Reviews are public and customers read the replies, so they are not something to automate and forget.
