Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. In plain words, because that is how we do everything.
Privacy details
The short version
We collect only what you hand us in the game-plan form, plus the basic technical details that come with any web request. We use it to prepare your game plan and get back to you. We do not sell it, and this site runs no tracking or advertising cookies. You can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you fill out the free game-plan form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, website, email, phone if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your situation.
Like any website, our server also records basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser type. We use it only to keep the form working and to stop spam.
Why we have it
One reason: to do the work you asked for. We use your information to research your marketing, prepare your game plan, and contact you about it. We do not add you to a marketing list or a drip sequence, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else touches it
We use a few service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them only so they can do their job for us:
- A database provider stores your submission securely.
- An email provider delivers our reply to you and the notification to us.
- An internal tracking tool helps us keep your follow-up from slipping through the cracks.
These providers process your information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else. If we ever connect a tool to your own marketing accounts, that only happens with your permission, and those accounts stay in your name.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. We are not following you around the internet. If that ever changes, we will say so here first and ask before doing anything that needs your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission as long as it is useful for helping you, or until you ask us to delete it. Ask and we will, promptly.
Your choices
Email hello@fullboard.co and we will show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no runaround.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. Anything significant, we will make obvious.
