Do you work with my competitor?
On the Full Board plan, one contractor per segment, per service area. If your residential electrical shop runs on Full Board, we will not take another residential electrical shop in your area. A commercial or specialty electrician in the same town is a different segment.
Where do the dashboard numbers come from?
Calls, forms, and rankings we track ourselves. Booked jobs and revenue come from the tools you already run the business on, like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber, or straight from you each month if you keep it simpler than that.
What do I actually own?
Everything. The website, the domain, the Google Business Profile, the data. It is all set up in your name from day one, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
Am I locked into a contract?
