Using this site

This website is here to explain what Fullboard does and to let you request a free game plan. Use it for that. Do not try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to do anything unlawful.

The website is not the contract

Nothing on this site is a binding offer or guarantee on its own. The scope of work, pricing, and everything else about working together live in a service agreement that you and we both sign before any work starts. If something here and the agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Pricing and information

We work hard to keep the prices and details here current and accurate, but they can change, and we may update them without notice. The numbers that apply to you are the ones in your game plan and your agreement.

The free game plan

The game plan is free, with no obligation to buy anything. You keep it either way. We ask only that the information you give us is yours to share and is accurate, so the plan we send back is worth your time.

Our content

The writing, design, and brand on this site are ours. You are welcome to link to us and quote a reasonable amount with credit. Please do not copy the site wholesale or pass our work off as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we are pointing you somewhere useful, not vouching for everything on the other end. What happens on someone else's site is governed by their terms, not ours.

No warranty, and the limits

This site is provided as is. We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and reading it does not guarantee any business result. To the extent the law allows, Fullboard is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Anything about the actual work is covered by your service agreement, not this page.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
